Smart Agricultural Drone

In this paper, the objective is to construct a drone that is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which will be used for pesticide spraying in agriculture. Agriculture is a huge sector in India today, it is having lots of problems due to the non-use of modern technology. Besides chemical contact with pesticides, there is also a threat of insects and animals. Drones can be used to spray pesticides and protect crops. It is possible to do this by operating it from a safer distance. As a result, farmers are able to reduce their time spent on farming and also ensure their safety. The principle of thrust used in this drone system is similar to that used in helicopters and planes. The drone has four to eight arms, each containing a BLDC motor and attached propellers, which are used to lift the drone into the air. The motion of the drone is operated with a radio controller placed inside it, while its speed can be adjusted by manipulating its throttle. The described operation in this journal paper in use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for spraying pesticides on agricultural fields.
